Selective Memory in Charlie Baker's World

Today is Charlie Baker's World, we ask you to guess on the person responsible for these two separate quotes:

1) "The governor basically said: 'We're interested in seeing more affordable options. Can we work together to try to pursue a course that gets us there in a month or so?....My answer was yes."

2) "Governor, you've been in charge of the health care system for the past four years and until we got to March of 2010, you didn't pay much attention to it at all and many of the decisions you made drove up the cost of health care for small business."

Definitely two people who don't agree on the fact that the Governor has been a leader in working for affordable health care for all Massachusetts citizens. Actually, they seems to have almost completely opposite opinions. Have you guessed yet? That's right, both quotes came from the same person -- Health Insurance Company CEO Charlie Baker!

How can this be? Well, sometimes in Charlie Baker's World, your memory can fail you, other times, the truth just doesn't matter.

Welcome to Charlie Baker's World

Welcome to Charlie Baker's world: a tongue-in-cheek look at a special place where Charlie Baker can use "facts" that aren't true; a place where, when things don't go well, it isn't his fault or he wasn't involved; a place where anything might happen.
