Excitement in Charlie Baker's World

Here is how they tell the real world about all the excitement and energy that exists inside Charlie Baker's World. They tweet it.

"CB_Powers: Great crowd in Worcester. Now off to Lowell! The message of folks having enough of Beacon Hill is resonating everywhere!" 1:04 PM May 18th

Unfortunately, a real world account of the event goes something like this in Boston Magazine:

"Baker is standing at a lectern with his supporters lined up behind him on tiers of cement steps. But because the turnout is so dreadful, there's almost no one left for him to address. As he begins his speech, he's talking to just a handful of staffers and journalists. There are 13 people sitting at the tables and chairs that occupy the square behind City Hall, but their curious looks make it clear they haven't come for the speech." 'These are all his people,' a photographer from the Worcester Telegram & Gazette keeps saying. 'There's no public here.'

Maybe you should see the video for yourself...

This a much better example than the first entry of Charlie Baker's World!

Why should anyone show up to hear the latest poll-driven flip-flop. People realize with Charlie Baker that there is no there there.

Why should anyone show up to hear the latest poll-driven flip-flop. People realize with Charlie Baker that there is no there there.

The thruth is that Charlie Baker is a corporatist who could care less about the common folk. Keep exposing this bum, but make sure its's not just Deval's backers who hear/see this. Make it public.

Keep up the good work showing what the sham of Baker's campaign.

Anyone with a brain knows you can take anything out of context and make it look bad. Never the less, if this is the best Deval and Walsh can come up with, they might as well leave the race now.

Plus, how stupid does this make them both look? Deval and Walsh cried for a week to the press about RGA ads ripping them up. Didn't they pledge to not go negative? Anyone out there care to respond?

Welcome to Charlie Baker's World

Welcome to Charlie Baker's world: a tongue-in-cheek look at a special place where Charlie Baker can use "facts" that aren't true; a place where, when things don't go well, it isn't his fault or he wasn't involved; a place where anything might happen.
